There are 100’s and 1000’s of Marketing System are available online. Each system 
Help us to generate the Business Leads.

Network Marketer says get 10-15 leads daily or 300-500 leads monthly or unlimited 
Leads weekly and so on.

But what to do with the leads? How to handle those leads?

Key point here is “Call your leads on the daily basis”; do not create a stack of 
Leads.

Recently one of my team member asked me “How do handle the leads and convert them into a prospectus?”

Today I am going to teach you on the telephonic conversation script with your 
Leads.

Important key points are -

1. Get onto a short introduction of yours; tell your lead about his recent visit 
Onto your website. So that he can recognize you.

Before telling more about you and your website get comfortable in talking with  
Your lead. He should not feel that he is still talking with the stranger.

2. Get informal with your lead and build an emotional affinity. Try to ask more  and more about him like his current city, how many members in his family, if  possible get to know his current financial status. Whole idea is pick his HOT  BUTTON and carry out the further conversation based on the HOT BUTTON.

3. Probing with your leads, it is the very very important part while talking with Your lead. Ask the questions in such  a manner so that he will influence towards  you and your system.

Example question: How does it sound, if you can get the free targeted leads? 
Without spending a single penny? Will it be helpful for your business?

How about if you can close the 90% of sale without even talking with your prospectus? Will that help?

How about if I will share a system, where you don’t need to follow up or chase your leads? Will it be helpful for your business?

4. Converge towards your system. Just ask him to check your website or resource or system now itself.

By the end of the call your lead is an actual ready to join prospect.

Generate the Leads

Constant lead generation is one important aspect for any home based MLM Business. Do not stack up the leads, utilize them. Use an Auto pilot system for a regular touch with your prospectus or leads.

Share the valueable resources

Try to share some resource about the Network Marketing or Home based Business. Use Auto Responder marketing tool for the regular resource sharing. Build a system where you need not to send the Emails or resources manually. Regularity shows that you are into genunine and serious business.

Build a Relationship

If possible talk atleast once, over to the phone. Build a reputation or an image as a helper. Do not sell off any thing in your first 4-5 Autoresponder Emails or phone calls.

Listen his whole story and focus on his expectations. They have come to you for the help. So first try to help them. Try to promote yourself as an expert or a consultant in Home based MLM business opportunity.

Your prospects will do the business with the trustworthy people. So build an good reputation and an image.

“What are the common mistakes a person do, when he newly joined the MLM BUSINESS?”

What is the best approach to avoid such mistakes?

Why most of the people fail in MLM Business?

Reason are listed below -

1. Contacting immediately your warm contacts like Friends and relatives

Don’t jump directly into approaching your warm contacts, first familiarize yourself with the Plan, products and basics of Network Marketing.

People just start calling their warm contacts, and says “Hey How are you? How’s work going on? I have started one Business Opportunity, would you be

Interested? By this you can make you big bucks and you can leave you current job within first 6 months? and so and so…..

What do you expect the prospect will say?

He will say either big a “NO” or “I will think over this” or “Send me the website, I will see” or “he will stop picking your call” etc

He would not magnetized with the offer.

So idea here is you need to have patience while explaining about the Business Opportunity, First get to know more about the steps for telling or inviting for the Opportunity.

2. People always depends upon their UPLINE

Any Network Marketing opportunity you have joined is your own business, don’t always depend upon your Upline to talk to your prospects.

Why your prospect will join you? If you can’t not explain him the Business Plan/Products? So get yourself prepared for the Presentations, Business Plans,

Products, company backgrounds, other company business plans etc

Be an Independent Representative.

3. Buying Business Leads

This would work, but result again would be less than 5-10 %, Generate the Targeted Leads from your own is the best way to grow faster.

Remember Buying Leads would always be Generic. Less than 25% would be interested to listen you and out of those 25%, less than 5-10 % would be part of your

Business, and out of those there might be 1% (if you are lucky), who might be from MLM or Network Marketing background.

Also to buy such leads, don’t spend more than your earnings, Once in a while you can do that, but not always. Because without the profits no Business can

Survive for the long. Don’t be in Big LOSS.

4. Don’t marry

Begin in love with the Business Plan and Products is a great idea.

Marrying is also good, but always open yourself towards the multiple stream of Income (like having few girl friends around), without money you can not

Survive, and for your main Business to grow you need Money for Books, Courses and Website, Lead capture page etc

5. Stop learning and start recruiting

A balance between both is very much important; concentration in only one side would kill the Business in the long term. So make it practice of doing both on the daily basis.

10 Secrets of Invitation in Network Marketing Business

Invitation is an Art in any MLM business. Inviting your prospectus over to the phone is a very very important key element for your constant business growth.

Follow 10 below tips which I wanted to share, especially for the people who are very new into the MLM Business.

1. Before you give the Business Invitation, make sure you are not travelling, you are in piece area. Don’t show that you are in hurry and trying to wind up the call. All these things give a better impression.

2. Listening is also a very important factor, which you should master. Without listening to the person, you cannot pick his HOT button. So first listen and understand about him, ask about him like – his profession, his area of stay in city, and his intentions to “Join your business”.

3. Before telling anything about Business, tell him about the money and the growth. Give him one example for the earnings of your Up line.

4. Based on the information captured by you, pick his one HOT BUTTON and speak according to him and give the Business invitation.

5. Stand in front of mirror while inviting over to the phone, make sure you are smiling a bit. Your actual smile image gets reflected and puts impression onto the person you are talking. Behave like a Gentleman.

6. Don’t be a beggar, show some attitude, Remember more degree of attitude gets converted into arrogance. So avoid arrogance. There is very thin line difference between attitude and arrogance.

7. Be honest and simple over to the phone

9. Don’t reveal full information, just on the phone. Create curiosity and invite.
